1. Processing Times

• Ready-to-Wear Catalog Items: Dispatched within 2 business days from our Meerut warehouse node.

• Custom Tailoring Orders: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for sizing revisions, pant height alterations, sleeve modifications, and master karigar finishing checkpoints.

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders Above ₹1,999: Complimentary premium express shipping across India.

• Orders Below ₹1,999: Flat rate of ₹500 added during checkout.

• Express Delivery Upgrade: An optional ₹150 surcharge is available for expedited processing and courier prioritization.

3. Delivery Estimates

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India: 5-7 business days post-dispatch.

• International Deliveries: 7-12 business days (via DHL Express / FedEx), subject to regional customs clearance timings.

4. Return Eligibility

• Standard suits must be returned within 10 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.

• Bespoke / Custom-fit Exception: Custom-stitched suits matching buyer dimensions are eligible for further fitting revisions but cannot be refunded in full.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests for size swaps (subject to catalog stock availability) can be initiated by writing to returns@royalthreadempire.com. We provide free reverse-pickup courier services for swap returns within India.

6. Damaged Product Process

In the rare event that your luxury suit arrives damaged or package seals are compromised during transit, please report the incident within 24 hours of delivery. Email support at support@royalthreadempire.com with your order details and photos/videos of the package. We will launch an immediate investigation with carriers and dispatch a replacement suit.
